– In the event of scratches or misshapen nails post-service, please notify the salon within 24 hours for corrective measures
Arrangements for corrective appointments must be made within 3 days following the initial service. Refunds or credit notes will not be issued for changes of mind.
If you don’t like color, shape or design, please let tech know as soon as they do on the first nail
We are committed to redoing any service at no additional cost if the quality falls short of your expectations, provided immediate feedback is given during the service. However, if our technician has confirmed and addressed concerns during the service, complimentary redoing will not be available.
Your departure from the salon indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the service provided.
Clients will be liable for costs associated with repairs or replacements necessitated by damage caused due to lack of care post-service, such as breakage, chipping, or lifting of nails. Should you require guidance on nail care, please do not hesitate to seek advice from our nail technicians.
We kindly reserve the right to decline service under the following circumstances
Individuals presenting with open or infected wounds in the treatment area.
Those with nail conditions or underlying health concerns that may pose a risk of contagion of exacerbation of their condition.
Clients with diabetes are requested to inform our technicians to ensure appropriate care. Please note that cutting services are not available in such cases.
Individuals displaying rude, disrespectful, or unkind behavior.
