Refunds or credit notes will not be issued for changes of mind.<\/p><p>If you don&#8217;t like color, shape or design, please let tech know as soon as they do on the first nail<\/p><p>We are committed to redoing any service at no additional cost if the quality falls short of your expectations, provided immediate feedback is given during the service. However, if our technician has confirmed and addressed concerns during the service, complimentary redoing will not be available.<\/p><p>Your departure from the salon indicates acceptance and satisfaction with the service provided.\u00a0<\/p><p dir=\"ltr\">Clients will be liable for costs associated with repairs or replacements necessitated by damage caused due to lack of care post-service, such as breakage, chipping, or lifting of nails.
